I took a couple of friends on a tour of Anna's Room today. We were surprised by the progress. The room had been painted, the floor was down, and the light fixtures were installed.

Anna's Room is a part of the Ronald McDonald Family Room at OU Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City. It is named after our daughter Anna who died of liver cancer in 2007. The money for the room was raised by friends and family who donated after reading about the project on Anna's blog, www.caringbridge.org/ok/annajane. The room continues to bless families of sick children who need a break from the hospital environment and yet need to remain close to their child.
